September 24, 2024 – The Global Boat Shipping Group has appointed Katharina Morgenstern and Jose Carlos Garcia Reyna as new authorized signatories (Prokuristen) of its German company Global Boat Shipping GmbH & Co. KG. Effective immediately, both are authorized to represent the company in financial and legal matters in accordance with the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

The Global Boat Shipping Group is part of the EMS-Fehn-Group and has been specializing in the worldwide transport of yachts and boats for nearly two decades. The group consists of companies in Germany, Poland and the USA. Its customers include many private yacht and boat owners as well as numerous international manufacturers and dealers.
Jose Carlos Garcia Reyna, 36, has been been part of the Gobal Boat Shipping team since 2013. As the group’s CSO, he is responsible for the sales strategy of all branches and has played a key role in Global Boat Shipping’s recent growth. Katharina Morgenstern, 43, has been with the group for three years and manages its operational business as COO. She has also contributed significantly to the success of Global Boat Shipping.
