June 21, 2024 – Offering a full range of complementary services in the trade and transportation of alternative fuels (waste-to-energy), the newly formed company EFG EnerLog GmbH combines decades of experience in the circular economy with EMS-Fehn-Group’s 40 years of expertise in global logistics services. Located in Bremen, EFG EnerLog is led by Managing Director Andreas Hefler.
The 52-year-old has been working in the waste-to-energy business for more than 20 years. „We are a one-stop shop for anyone looking for tailored solutions,“ says Hefler. „We support our customers with both – comprehensive services that cover their entire waste trading and supply chain needs as well as modular solutions that focus on specific aspects of trading and transportation.“
EFG EnerLog’s logistics concepts are based on road, rail and sea transport. The team also provides storage facilities and handles port operations. „Whether our customers need to recycle waste, source alternative fuel for their production facility or improve their supply chain logistics, we help them with customized solutions,“ says Hefler.
EFG EnerLog is well prepared to handle various types of refuse commodities, including Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF), Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF), designed fuels, CO2-reduced fuels, Recycled Waste Wood (RWW), pellet products and secondary raw materials.
